What categories of personal data do we process

Similarly, to the previous situation, it is possible to keep certain data even after this period expires, in accordance with applicable law or with our legitimate interests.

Fees.     Erasure

you object to the processing and there is no overriding legitimate interest for continuing the processing; or

the personal data has been unlawfully processed; or

we are required to do so by law.

    We are not obliged to comply with your request for erasure if the processing of your personal data is necessary:

for compliance with a legal obligation; or

for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

    There may be other circumstances in which we are not obliged to comply with your request for erasure, although these are the most likely circumstances in which we may refuse such a request.

Please keep in mind that before exercising this right, you should download from your TEX ACCES MCV S.R.L. account and save all documents related to orders made from TEX ACCES MCV S.R.L., whether billing was made to you or to another physical or legal person (such as invoices, warranty certificates). If you do not perform this action before exercising your right to delete, you will lose all these documents and TEX ACCES MCV S.R.L. will be unable to provide them to you as the process of deleting data, including the TEX ACCES MCV S.R.L. account and all associated data, is irreversible.
