Return and Refund Policy

DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery is free for orders of at least 500 EURO. The delivery cost for orders below 5O0 EURO is depending on the country to deliver, but usually is between 25-40 euro for regular courier within EU and the delivery time is normally 4-7 working days. In the event that the destination address is outside the standard routes of express courier companies and additional km are charged, additional transportation fees may be charged above the standard rate displayed on the site at the time of purchase, which will be communicated to the Buyer by phone or email. 

Delivery by express courier is depending on the country to deliver but is usually between 35 and 65 Euro for European countries.

Delivery by express courier: the package will be delivered to the address specified in the order and will be personally handed over to the recipient by the courier in 2-4 working days from the shipping date.

RETURN POLICY FOR PRODUCTS

Returns of products are accepted in accordance with the terms and conditions on the TEX ACCES MCV S.R.L. website and are in compliance with O.U.G. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts with professionals, as well as for modifying and supplementing some normative acts.

Products that are the subject of online orders can be returned without any reason within 14 days of receipt; before the withdrawal period expires, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract without being required to justify the withdrawal decision and without bearing any other costs than those provided for in art.13 para.(3) and art.14 of O.U.G Nr.34/2014, within 14 calendar days from the day they take physical possession of the product, being obliged to notify their return/withdrawal intention to TEX ACCES MCV S.R.L.

The intention to return must be announced by phone at number: 0746 205 200, in writing, by completing the Return Form on the website, or by email: comenzi@bustieremedicale.ro within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.

In any situation of product returns, they must be in the same condition, in the original packaging and box, together with all the documents that accompanied them (invoice, labels, information / instructions, return form), accompanied by the Return Form completed accordingly. 

Damaging the products and labels or putting them in a state that makes them impossible to resell leads to the rejection of the return. 

The customer who notified the intention of return to the Seller, is responsible for ensuring that the products will be returned within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt, otherwise, bustieremedicale.ro will consider the request unfounded / invalid and may refuse the return. 

The direct costs of returning and exchanging products will be borne, according to the law and the terms and conditions, by the Customer. 

For return, you must only use the courier indicated by the Seller (who made the delivery). 

According to OUG 34/2014, the Seller reserves the right not to accept the return of products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or that can quickly degrade or deteriorate, such as lingerie products. 

The products will be returned in full and not just parts or components of them, including in the case of sets / kits. The returned products must be sent back to the seller in a single shipment, in the original packaging with all the labels intact and the documents that accompanied it. The seller reserves the right not to accept the products from the same order returned and shipped at different times. 

The returned products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged; they must not be dirty and not show obvious signs of use / wear. 

In case of reimbursement of the product's value, this will be done within a maximum of 10 calendar days from the confirmation of the return. 

In case of replacement of the product with one having the new size ordered, the replacement will be made under the conditions and limits of a normal order. 

In the event that the Customer who returned a product in accordance with the conditions, and the Seller does not have a suitable product for replacement, it will offer the customer the value of the product The value of additional services including but not limited to the transportation of products, paid by the customer, will not be refunded. In all cases, the return / re-shipment costs will be borne by the customer, except in the case of lack of conformity of the products, in which case the Seller will bear the transportation cost. 

Also, in the case of delivering one/some product(s) not ordered, the return costs will be supported by the seller.
